I am very glad to be supporting Smart Works, as I myself, have been unemployed in the past and would've loved to know something like Smart Works existed. The journey of job hunting can be daunting, especially if you are just starting or starting over (personally, career wise or else) or do not have the resources and support network to feel confident at interview processes.
For myself, and most of the women in my close circles, imposter syndrome plays a huge part, so for Smart Works to create that safe space for women to feel supported on this journey is wonderful.
I'm excited to step it up this month with the gunnercooke foundation team - let's do this!
